My Vitamin Store is committed to supply fresh stock at the time of delivery.

• Products in original & un-tampered condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• This policy does not apply to products purchased on “Special Offer” and on fridge items.
• Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
• Original receipt will be required for the returned item(s).
• In case of return via courier, customer will bear the return courier charges. No charges applicable on return at My Vitamin Store outlets.

Return / Exchange Process

1. Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
2. Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
   Lahore)
3. Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
4. We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.

Return Payment

• In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
• In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)

In case of any issues/concerns, please write to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.

Why charge a shipping cost on orders below PKR 2,500?
It'll be unfair to expect free shipping on a 300 rupee order, after all, shipping has a cost too :)
To help us bring you Free Shipping, we have put a slight bar on the minimum order value to make it viable for us!

• Shipping is available all over Pakistan.

Placing an order on My Vitamin Store is fairly simple and pretty self explanatory, however, below are the detailed steps on how you can place an order online.

1. Click on the product and go to the detail page of the product that you want to order.
2. Click on Add To Cart button on the product detail page

• Click on Keep Shopping if you want to add more product to your order by following the above steps
• Click on Proceed To Checkout.
• Add your personal details including your address for delivery of your order.
• Click on Continue To Payment.
• Select Payment Option (Cash On Delivery  |  Credit Card)
• Click on Place Order
