Byscard contains Nebivolol as the active ingredient, which belongs to the class of drugs called beta blockers. It works by blocking the effects of certain natural chemicals in the body such as epinephrine, reducing the strain on the heart, and lowering blood pressure. This can prevent severe cardiovascular problems like strokes and heart attacks.

Each tablet contains:
