Cyprodiol contains two types of sex hormones, a progestogen called Cyproterone acetate and an estrogen called Ethinylestradiol. This medication is used to treat severe acne in women who have an oily skin condition called seborrhea and unwanted/extra hair growth on the body (such as face, chest). It contains 2 hormones: cyproterone (a progestin) and ethinyl estradiol (an estrogen).
Composition
Each film coated tablet contains:
- Cyproterone acetate: 2 mg
- Ethinylestradiol: 35 mcg
