Dafo 10 mg tablet contains Dapagliflozin, a selective sodium‑glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients aged 10 years and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It also reduces the risk of cardiovascular death, heart failure hospitalization, and kidney function decline in adults with type 2 diabetes and established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors. Dapagliflozin works by blocking glucose reabsorption in the kidneys, increasing urinary glucose excretion, and thereby lowering blood glucose levels in an insulin‑independent manner with a low risk of hypoglycaemia.
Composition
Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate equivalent to Dapagliflozin:: 10mg

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
