- Iron: 20 mg
- Copper: 2 mg
- Zinc (as Zinc sulfate): 1.5 mg
- Manganese (Manganese Sulfate)): 1 mg
- Iodine (as Calcium Iodate): 0.15 mg

- One tablet daily or as directed by physician.
