Fenhil contains Finerenone 10 mg, a non‑steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (nsMRA) indicated for adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) associated with type 2 diabetes . It works by blocking the mineralocorticoid receptor, which helps reduce inflammation, fibrosis, and oxidative stress in the kidneys and heart. This helps preserve kidney function and lowers the risk of serious cardiovascular events
- Reduces Kidney Disease Progression: Helps lower the risk of sustained decline in estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and progression to end‑stage kidney disease
- Lowers Cardiovascular Risk: Decreases the risk of cardiovascular death, non‑fatal myocardial infarction (heart attack), and hospitalization for heart failure in adults with CKD associated with type 2 diabetes
- Blocks Harmful Aldosterone Effects: Finerenone selectively blocks the mineralocorticoid receptor (MR), reducing aldosterone‑driven inflammation, fibrosis, and fluid retention that damage the kidneys and heart
- May Improve Blood Pressure Control: Helps manage high blood pressure, a common comorbidity in patients with CKD and diabetes

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
