Fucort-H Cream is used to treat certain skin diseases (such as atopic dermatitis). It works by stopping the growth of certain bacteria and reducing redness, itching, crusting, and swelling of the skin sores. This medication is a combination of an antibiotic (fusidic acid) and a corticosteroid (hydrocortisone).
This medication treats only certain bacterial infections. It will not work for other infections such as viral or fungal infections. Unnecessary use or overuse of any antibiotic can lead to its decreased effectiveness.
Composition
Each gram contains:
- Fusidic acid B.P: 20 mg
