GeniTor 50 mg Tablets contain Itopride Hydrochloride, a prokinetic agent used to treat gastrointestinal symptoms associated with functional dyspepsia (indigestion) and chronic gastritis. It works by enhancing gastrointestinal propulsive motility through a dual mechanism: dopamine D2 receptor antagonism and acetylcholinesterase inhibition. By increasing the release of acetylcholine and preventing its breakdown, Itopride improves gastric emptying and intestinal movement, relieving symptoms such as bloating, postprandial fullness, upper abdominal pain or discomfort, anorexia (loss of appetite), heartburn, nausea, and vomiting
- Relieves Symptoms of Functional Dyspepsia: Effectively treats bloating, gastric fullness, discomfort, and pain in the upper abdomen
- Improves Gastric Motility: Enhances the movement of food through the digestive system, helping to alleviate indigestion and nausea

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
