For brain weakness: One dose daily every morning with milk or water.
For cardiac weakness: One dose of this Khamira along with one qurs Kushta Nuqra are taken daily every morning some physicians also advise 60 mls (1/4 glass) of Arq-e-Gulab (Rose Water) to increase its effects.
