Lorel 10 mg Tablets contain Loratadine, a second‑generation antihistamine used to effectively relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives). It works by selectively blocking peripheral histamine H1 receptors, thereby reducing the inflammatory response to allergens such as pollen, dust, and pet dander. As a non‑drowsy formulation, Loratadine does not significantly cross the blood‑brain barrier, making it suitable for daytime use without impairing alertness or cognitive function
- Relieves Allergy Symptoms: Effectively alleviates sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and itchy, watery eyes associated with seasonal and perennial allergies
- Treats Hives & Skin Itching: Provides relief from itching and hives (urticaria) caused by chronic skin reactions or allergies

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
