Azithromycin 250mg Tablet primarily exhibits its antibacterial activity through inhibition of protein synthesis in bacteria. It binds to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, preventing the translocation of aminoacyl tRNA, which is essential for the elongation step of protein synthesis. By interfering with this process, azithromycin disrupts the normal function of the bacterial ribosome, leading to the cessation of protein synthesis and ultimately resulting in bacterial cell death. This mechanism of action is selective for bacteria as it targets the distinct differences between bacterial and mammalian ribosomes, minimizing the impact on human cells. Azithromycin is particularly effective against a wide range of bacteria, including Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and atypical pathogens, due to its ability to penetrate into infected tissues and maintain high concentrations at the site of infection.

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
