- Rice flour (42%), Skimmed milk (contains soya), Sugar, Vegetable oil (palm olein), Apple (6%), Banana (2.75), Oat flour (1.7%), Quinoa flour (1.7%), Dates (0.8%) Minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine), Soya lecithin, Vitamin (A, B, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid, B12, biotin), Vanillin, Bifidus culture.
Directions
- Boil claen drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Measure 100ml and pour lukewarm water into baby's bowl.
- Add 35g or 5-6 level tablespoons on of cerelac.
- Stir until the cerelac is smooth and feed immediately using a clean spoon. Do not keep unfinished portion.
