It is suggested that topical adapalene may normalize the differentiation of follicular epithelial cells resulting in decreased micro-comedone formation. Pimpal is used in topical treatment of mild to moderate acne, where comedones, papules & pustules are predominate. Absorption of Pimpal (adapalene) Gel is topically through skin.
