- Jujube: 240 mg
- Sebestan: 192 mg
- Almond kernel: 120 mg
- Liquorice : 96 mg
- Babul gum: 48 mg
- Tragacanth gum: 48 mg
- Common mallow: 48 mg
- Marsh mallow: 48 mg
- Quince seed: 24 mg
Dosage
- Children: 5gm (1/2 teaspoon) twice a day.
- Adult: 10 gm (1 teaspoonful) twice a day. OR as directed by the Physician
