Tears Naturale II is a sterile, lubricating eye drop formulated to provide soothing relief for dry, irritated, and sensitive eyes. Its unique DUASORB™ dual-polymer system contains Dextran 70 and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Hypromellose), which work together to stabilize the tear film and provide a protective coating on the ocular surface. This helps relieve symptoms such as burning, stinging, redness, and the sensation of grittiness caused by dryness from environmental factors (wind, sun, air conditioning), extended screen time, or contact lens wear. Preserved with POLYQUAD® (Polyquaternium-1), a gentle preservative known for its excellent safety profile and low risk of irritation. Tears Naturale II combines naturally with your own tears for longer-lasting comfort.

Contains
- A sterile solution contains Dextran 70, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium borate, and POLYQUAD (polyquaternium-1) 0.0011% preservative, and purified water. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

- This policy does not apply to products purchased on “Special Offer” and on fridge items.
- Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
- Original receipt will be required for the returned item(s).
- In case of return via courier, customer will bear the return courier charges. No charges applicable on return at My Vitamin Store outlets.
Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
