Topagen 50 mg Tablets contain Topiramate, a broad-spectrum anticonvulsant used for the management of epilepsy and the prevention of migraine headaches. It works through multiple complementary mechanisms: it blocks voltage-gated sodium channels to inhibit neuronal firing, potentiates GABA activity to enhance inhibitory neurotransmission, antagonises AMPA/kainate glutamate receptors to reduce excitatory drive, and inhibits carbonic anhydrase enzymes. Together, these actions reduce the frequency and severity of seizures and help prevent migraine episodes.
- Effective Seizure Control: Used as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy for partial‑onset seizures, primary generalised tonic‑clonic seizures, and Lennox‑Gastaut syndrome in adults and children (≥2 years)
- Migraine Prevention: Reduces the frequency of migraine attacks in adults and adolescents (≥2 years)

Return / Exchange Process
- Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to contact@myvitaminstore.pk with your order number in the subject.
- Ship the product to our store address (My Vitamin Store, 101-B III, M.M Alam Road, Gulberg,
Lahore) - Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
- We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.
Return Payment
- In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
- In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at contact@myvitaminstore.pk)
